Mouse Bites for April 6, 2014

fantasy-remy-selectionsSelections from Dinner at Remy

This week’s been FULL of delicious food! We kicked off the week with a visit to Magic Kingdom and Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe. Tables in Wonderland announced a very special dinner at Markham’s in Disney’s Golden Oak. We got cooking in the kitchen with a recipe from Food & Wine’s New Zealand: Lamb Meatballs with Spicy Tomato Chutney! We wrapped up our Disney Cruise Line meals, featuring the See Ya Real Soon Menu at Animator’s Palate, brunch at Remy, and a phenomenal dinner at Remy that left me stuffed with truffles!

Our friends have been busy dining around the parks as well, so be sure to visit their sites!

From the Disney Parks Blog, some really cute Chalkboard Art-Inspired Items are coming to Disney Centerpiece at Downtown Disney Marketplace in 2014. I have a feeling those coasters are going to make it into our home! We’ve been missing Disneyland lately, so this recipe for Herb Panko-Crusted Rack of Lamb from Blue Bayou Restaurant might is sounding really good! April 1st was National Sourdough Day, but I wouldn’t mind celebrating that everyday, especially at the Boudin Bakery at California Adventure!
