Trattoria al Forno will be opening December 18th at the BoardWalk Resort, and reservations up October 21st. The menu will showcase classic Italian cuisine including handcrafted mozzarella, cavatelli pasta, and pizzas baked in wood-burning ovens. The restaurant will be open for both breakfast and dinner, and the kitchen will be led by Chef Dee Foundoukis. The Disney Parks Blog shared some photos of the menu items as well as them menu itself.

  2. Supposedly, what’s being served at Flying Fish Cafe right now is supposed to be very similar so…

  5. My husband would order those peppers in a heartbeat. He loves pickled anything. Too bad it won’t be open before our trip.

  6. I’m the same way. There’s always at least a jar of peperoncini in my fridge! 🙂

  7. Some of it looks decent but I kinda wished they put something else back there or even brought back Spoodles. There’s so many Italian restaurants that even though I do like it, I want to have other things at times. But we’ll see. 🙂
