Happy Friday, everyone! It’s been a busy week here at the blog, especially with a lot of food news coming your way! The biggest news? The menus for the 2015 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival were released! I’m so excited for the festival to begin. Fingers crossed that this gloomy weather we’ve been having gets out and stays out by opening day! 🙂 Some of the items were were eating this week included the Bobotie Platter from The Mara at Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Masitas de Puerco – Cuban Mojo Marinated Fried Pork Bites – from Bongos Cuban Cafe Express at Downtown Disney West Side.
In other news, there are new beverages & chef demos at the Epcot F&G Festival. A spring menu is debuting at Raglan Road. Two Downtown Disney Food Trucks to will be receiving new menus. St. Patrick’s Day Gourmet Apple coming to Disneyland Resort is coming to Disneyland Resort, as some fund St. Patrick’s day merchandise will be available on both coasts. Finally, a Cinderella Souvenir Popcorn Bucket is coming soon to Hollywood Studios and will make its way to Disneyland Resort later this spring.
