Looking for some St. Patrick’s Day fun over at Downtown Disney District in Disneyland? The Disney Parks Blog is reporting several food items and fun for the holiday.
ESPN Zone will be serving corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes will be available on the 17th, as well as green beer (never have partaken, and never will). At Catal Restaurant & Uva Bar, you’ll find, throughout March, a sandwich featuring Shaved Corned Beef Brisket, House Sauerkraut, Secret Sauce and Swiss Cheese on a Marbled Rye Rustic Roll. The sandwich is served with Uva Garlic Shoestring French Fries and is suggested to be paired with a Red Trolley Irish Red Ale from Karl Strauss.
Over at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, you’ll find Corned Beef and Cabbage with several special drink options including Green Beer, Baby Guinness Shots, and Jorge’s Bayou Leprechaun Cocktail.
On Friday, March 13 through St. Patrick’s Day, Crossroads Restaurant at House of Blues will be serving Corned Beef Sliders, Guinness Beer Cheese Soup, Fish & Chips, and a Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich. On the 17th, they will feature Green Beer, Guinness and Jameson specials, live karaoke with The Reel Band, and, at 8 p.m., free glow sticks and beads. At 7 p.m., in the House of Blues Music Hall, a St. Paddy’s Day Bash featuring Street Dogs will start.
Additional entertainment on St. Patrick’s Day in Downtown Disney will be provided by Celtic dancers performing in front of WonderGround Gallery from 6 to 10 p.m.
