Springtime and Easter offerings are making their way to the Disneyland Resort, according to the Disney Parks Blog.
In Disneyland, Plaza Inn will offer a Pan-seared Salmon with a Chardonnay Dill Cream Sauce, Rice Pilaf, and Seasonal Vegetables on Easter Sunday, April 5. Over at Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante, they will feature three Street-style Tacos (above) with Beef, Chicken, and Carnitas served on Soft Corn Tortillas, topped with Cilantro, Onion, and Salsa Verde. Bengal BBQ, will be serving Linguica and Pineapple Skewer.
Jolly Holiday Bakery Café will feature a Specialty Cupcake with Lemon Cake and Mandarin Orange Frosting, Chocolate Flowers, Carrot and White Chocolate Bunny with Chocolate Curls. In California Adventure, Pacific Wharf Café and Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Café will also feature the Specialty Cupcake, and Stage Door Café will offer a new specialty funnel cake – Cookies and Cream.
Springtime Roundup, located at Big Thunder Ranch in Frontierland in Disneyland, gives you the opportunity to decorate Easter-themed cookies with their Cookie Decorating Kit (above). Available snacks at the Roundup include Strawberries with Chocolate Dip, Mickey-shaped Pretzels, Strawberry Twists, Cotton Candy and Hot Dogs.
On Easter, Storytellers Café, Disney’s PCH Grill, and Goofy’s Kitchen will offer a traditional Easter brunch buffet along with characters. In the lobby of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, stop by to watch chef demonstrations decorating Easter-themed sugar cookie and cupcakes.
