Where has the week gone? Well, good riddance, because I’m ready for the weekend! It has been an awesome week for reviews here on the blog though. Last Friday, we found out that Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto would be entering a soft opening phase, so Matt and I had to get over there to check it out. It’s so amazing, guys. You’ll love it (you can watch a few short videos here)! We also enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Kona Cafe during out little afternoon getaway to Trader Sam’s. For the fellow fans of Earl of Sandwich’s Cannonballs! sandwich, you still have a little bit of time to order the Limited Edition Sandwich before it goes away.

Looking at the news, tickets are now available for Sixth Annual Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic. Spring and Easter treats are on their way to both Disneyland and WDW, while both coasts will be seeing new specialty “Frozen Fever” treats. New Hidden Mickey pins are debuting on both coasts, so see which food-inspired versions are exclusive to each coast.

Adam and Andrew of Disney Hipster Blog stop for a wonderful lunch at Crystal Palace.

Alexis of Gluten Free in Orlando visits several locations at WDW, including Chefs de France, Sanaa (complete with recipe for Gluten Free Naan Bread!), and Jiko.

Josh of Easy WDW heads to Downtown Disney/Disney Springs for a huge look at the construction and merch, with reviews from The Smokehouse, Splitsville, and Paradiso 37.

Amanda of Where’s Amanda reviews Capa at the Four Seasons Orlando Resort.

Thank your for visiting and we’ll keep you posted on any Disney food news that comes our way over the weekend. Enjoy your Friday and have a great weekend!
