A Look at Taste Track at Epcot

Back in April, we spotted a new menu at this trailer now known Taste Track. Located by Test Track and the Cool Wash it Epcot, it switched its menu from pizza to a selection of grilled cheeses.

Here is the menu from April 4th:

Today, the Disney Parks Blog is officially announcing the location, and is sharing pictures of the sandwiches I haven’t tried yet. Each sandwich comes with either soup (Tomato Bisque) or Salad (a chicken-less version of their Roasted Chicken Salad, which features Chopped Romaine, Golden Raisins, Candied Pecans, Granny Smith Apples, and Cheddar Cheese topped with their White Balsamic Dijon Vinaigrette).

The Gruyere & Applewood Smoked Bacon Sandwich also features  Caramelized Onions on Sourdough Bread:

The Fontina & Tomato Basil Sandwich has a Balsamic Glaze on Sourdough Bread:

The Canadian Cheddar & Apples Sandwich comes with Apple Butter and is served on Cinnamon Raisin Bread:

  1. Ooh, I hope that means this is a permanent location now and not just a summer one-off!

  2. It appears to be that way!

  3. Oh yum! The apple and cheddar one is calling my name.

  4. I do want to try the two I haven’t yet. 🙂

  5. Can I try them all? 😉

  6. I definitely want to try them all. 🙂

Is it possible to get the sandwiches customized? No onions, for instance… Or are they pre-made offsite and just heated up there?

  7. Oh good, I hope it’s here to stay. The apple & cheddar on raisin bread is divine!!!

  8. It sounds really good!

  9. Ricardo – I think they are made to order (there are few enough ingredients in the sandwiches that could be kept on small hot/cold bars), but I don’t know for sure.
