A new 10-Course Chef’s Degustation Menu is being added to Victoria & Albert’s at the Grand Floridian Resort, according to the Disney Parks Blog. The menu features 10 small courses featuring Chef Scott Hunnel’s favorite dishes, which are inspired by both the seasons and his travels to Asia, Spain, Italy and France. Currently offered is a seven-course Chef’s Tasting Menu, which will remain.
In the adjacent Queen Victoria Room, there will be an exclusive focus of food and wine pairings. With eight seats, diners may enjoy Chef Hunnel’s 10-course menu with exclusive wines from the restaurants cellar. Israel Perez, maître d’hôtel, notes, “The wine pairings will be exclusive to the private room, and we want to enlighten our guests about how the chef and sommelier work together to perfectly pair food and drink.”
Those looking for more leisurely experience can enjoy the 10-course menu in the dining room. In addition, special touches have been added tableside, including “a cheese trolley, tableside butter carving and a custom chocolate box for selecting post-prandial sweets.”
Tucked away in the kitchen where guests can watch the chefs’ action is the Chef’s Table. They will continue to offer 10 to 13 courses, with small tastes of dishes from caviar to Japanese Wagyu beef, paired with wine and spirits. Lasting nearly four hours, the time is filled with both food and conversation with the chef and his team.

Seven-course menu: $185 ($250 with wine pairings)
Ten-course menu: $235 ($340 with wine pairings)
Dinner in the Queen Victoria Room: $340 and includes 10 courses paired with wine
