Suvir Saran at his 2011 Culinary Demo
Neither Robert Irvine nor Andrew Zimmern return this year (whom we saw in 2014 and in previous years), but Suvir Saran, whom we saw in 2011, will be hosting a demo.
Will you be attending any of the Culinary Demos, Mixology or Beverage Seminars this year? Are there any stand-outs to you, or ones you’ve seen in the past that you would recommend?

My best friend’s husband is demoing on 9/29 5pm slot. He’s replacing the guy that is listed there. I really hope I can see him finally. He’s been doing the demos for a few years now and I think his recipe was in the cookbook a couple of years ago. 🙂
