The Fiesta Dog & Menus at Champion Stadium

I know there are a lot of baseball fans out there, and last week, we posted some information about a few specialty sandwiches that would be making their way to Champion Stadium – home of the Atlanta Braves Spring Training, over at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Matt stopped by to catch the Mets while they were in town earlier this week, and he braved The Fiesta Dog for us. He was also kind enough to snap some menu photos from around the stadium.

A Foot-Long, All-Beef Hot Dog topped with Angus Taco Meat, Chunky Mild Salsa, Shredded Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes, and Sharp Cheddar Cheese. I have to say, it looks pretty on point to how it was advertised. Matt noted that this dog is impossible to eat as a normal dog, and that he ended up eating the majority of the toppings as nachos. He said the taco meat reminded him of standard Disney chili, and the overall flavor didn’t seem too far off from something you might find at Casey’s Corner. He liked it being served on the hoagie-style roll, because anything else would not have held up to the toppings.

New Flavors for Braves Spring Training Games


The Atlanta Braves being their Spring Training tomorrow, March 4th, at Champion Stadium at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and the Disney Parks Blog are sharing some new menu items that will be available during the games.


The three new flavors include:

The Fiesta Dog: A foot-long, all-beef Hot Dog smothered in Nacho Cheese, Chili, Shredded Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomato, and garnished with Nacho Chips
